Kurtaxe Self-Service replaces manual guest registration for holiday-home landlords in Leukerbad and connected municipalities.

The problem

Landlords repeatedly chase guests before arrival: names, dates of birth, addresses, check-in and check-out. Deskline stays necessary, but the manual back-and-forth costs time and creates errors.

What we automate

  1. Landlord sends a guest link (WhatsApp, email, SMS) — no forms to fill themselves.
  2. Guests complete data on their smartphone — several guests in one registration.
  3. Registration is prepared automatically — guest cards and workflow steps toward Deskline without the landlord retyping everything.
