Parental Leave as a Launch Window — How Trizoun Started
Ivayla Trifonova ·
Ivayla and Roman spent years working at 100% — focused, reliable, in the rhythm of large organizations. When our second child arrived, it became clear: we can do more than follow instructions from someone who reached a management title without us shaping the direction.
How Trizoun began
Ivayla started the most during pregnancy. What began as an experiment became part of our daily life — not a side project to check off, but a shared path to build and test things ourselves.
What we believe
We talk less about "innovation" in the conference sense. Instead:
- Test the market — is there real demand?
- Test our capability — can we deliver what we promise?
- Ship fast — MVPs, websites, apps, offerings you can touch
We replace theory and slides with visible results.
Today: 10% focus — and still moving forward
Right now we run Trizoun at roughly 10% of our focus. Family, jobs, and daily life take the rest — and that is fine. At the same time, our projects (from visit-wallis to games to tools) show that pace and quality are possible even in small blocks.
Why we are looking for investors
We are seeking partners and investors who believe in us and enable us to work with 100% focus. We are convinced: with full concentration, the setup we have already proven, and our way of testing market and delivery, we will succeed — not despite family, but with the discipline that family and founding have taught us.
